Deck Replacement

We replaced this old deck, custom-building new posts for the customer. This deck was built with pressure-treated lumber, which is more resistant to insects and rot. Because this deck sits on a flat roof, we had to coordinate with a roofing contractor to design a structure that will allow for proper water drainage, and that won’t damage the roof over time. Poor water drainage or poor airflow under the deck-boards can cause wood components to rot prematurely.
