Present Perfect
Repairs and Renovations
Present Perfect Repairs and Renovations LLC is a general handyman, carpentry, cabinetry, and woodworking service. We focus on smaller repairs and renovations for residential properties. We are a solar-powered business, and our vehicles are 100% electric!
There are many contractors and handyman services to choose from. What makes Present Perfect different?
We specialize in smaller projects and handyman jobs. We know it can be frustrating to find contractors willing to do smaller projects, but that’s what we’re for.
Focus on Small Jobs
We can build custom for your project. We specialize in custom shelving, drawers, cabinets, and built-ins to fit any space—no matter how small or unusual. This custom work helps maximize the usefulness of your space.
Custom for you
We value clear communication at every stage of your project. We issue detailed written proposals for the work we do, so we all have clear expectations for the project. Throughout your project and even after completion, we will communicate with you about what to expect and when, and you might even find yourself learning more about how your house is constructed.
Communication
We stand behind our work with a warranty, and if you are not satisfied with the quality, we will come back as many times as needed to make things right. Further, we are insured in the unlikely event of damages during the project.
Peace of Mind
Little details make the project. We pride ourselves in being attentive to details, even if this means the project might take longer. We want every project to be work we are proud of and work you are eager to show off.
Detail-Oriented
We are a solar-powered business. Our vehicles are both electric and both powered by the sun—charged on a rooftop array in Des Plaines, IL. It makes environmental sense and it makes financial sense. The sun is now actually a cheaper source of energy to run a business on. Our solar-electric fleet reduces transportation costs for us, and we pass the savings to you. Also, we don’t like to be wasteful: if your project presents an opportunity to re-use old materials or retrofit existing structures, we will be glad to discuss those options with you, rather than simply demolishing the old stuff and tossing it in a dumpster.
